Bowler: “I’m impressed by Olympiacos, the team has a lot of quality”
Speaking to Olympiacos TV after Olympiacos’ loss to Nantes in the Europa League group stage, Josh Bowler expressed the team’s disappointment while stressing that he was impressed by the quality of the Reds and Whites.
Josh Bowler, who made his debut with Olympiacos in the game against Nantes (2-1) in the Europa League groups, took to the team’s YouTube channel and expressed his disappointment at the Red-Whites’ defeat.
Among other things, the 23-year-old midfielder was impressed by Olympiacos and the quality of the team.
What he said in detail:
“It was very nice to play my first game with Olympiakos and play in the tournament but losing in the end is never comfortable. We are all disappointed with the dressing room.
It’s easy to say after the end what we should have done, it was an attack from the left that we couldn’t handle, we’ll watch the video to see if we can fix something as a team, improve can next game.
I was impressed by the team, they have a lot of quality, in games like this we always look for victory and we were excited. So we were disappointed, but we have a game on Sunday and next Thursday we’ll be looking for the win again.
As a team we have a lot of quality and enthusiasm, although we’re a bit down at the moment.”
