Tsokai and Trouillet in the jerseys of… Bouzoukis and Villafanies in Panathinaikos
Tsokai and Trouillet chose the numbers on their Panathinaikos jerseys, with the former choosing ’18’ and the latter ’19’, which Bouzoukis and Vigiafanies had last year, respectively.
The last… following the transfers of Enis Csokai and Alexi Trouillet, Panathinaikos’ two most recent transfer acquisitions, which ended on September 15 for 3 and Cloverleaf respectively.
In the last 24 hours, Panathinaikos published on its official website the members of the first team, the Albanian midfielder and the French midfielder, “revealing” the numbers of their appearances.
Čokaj chose shirt number “18”, which he also wore at ex-club Lokomotiv Zagreb and has been “free” since the end of January. In particular, since the day Yiannis Bouzoukis left Panathinaikos to continue his career at OFI, the Preveza midfielder has been ‘linked’ to the number 18 since the summer of 2018, when he took a permanent role in George’s team Doni.
De Trouillet chose the number ’19’, which had also been left vacant since last summer when Lucas Villafanies left the ‘Greens’.
The ’27’ worn by the French midfielder in Nice and Auxerre was taken over by Yiannis Kotsiras from the summer of 2021, so he opted for a different option.
