Ionikos announced former Olympiakos player Seba
After three years, Seba returns to our country, with Ionikos, via his official website, announcing the acquisition of the Brazilian left-footer, well-known since joining from Olympiakos.
In another addition aiming to bolster the squad in terms of value and experience, Ionikos continued with the Nice team announcing they have joined former Olympiakos player Seba.

PAE Ionikos is pleased to announce the acquisition of Seba (ss. Sebastiao de Freitas Couto Junior, his full name).
This is a special quality forward who comes to our team to level it up!
The new footballer in our team is 30 years old, left-footed, comes from Brazil and can play in all offensive positions.
He started his career at Cruzeiro, followed by his loan to Nacional Esporte Club and then to Porto B. Estoril bought him in the summer of 2013, Seba played outside Brazil for the first time, two years later Olympiacos spent €1.8m to buy him acquire.
He made 99 appearances with the “Red-Whites” with 11 goals and 19 assists, after which he played in China (Chongqing Lifan) and Saudi Arabia (Al Shabab).
He was also twice capped with Brazil U20, while winning a Portuguese league and two Greek leagues.
The Ionikos family extends a warm welcome to Sebas and wishes him good luck and health in the new season.
