AEK returns to New Philadelphia and enters the OPAP arena as the temporary license has been issued by the Attica Region to use the stadium.

The relevant documents have been uploaded to Diaygeia, as provided for in each specific resolution, which states, among other things, that the maximum number of seated spectators is 31,100. This number exceeds 32,000 with the suites.

The majority granted license has a validity period of only six months from the time it was posted in Diaygeia and AEK is asked to make some changes in matters requested by the district as a re-inspection will take place.

An untouchable condition of AEK’s use of the stadium is that it does not host fans of any other team.

WE DECIDE

The granting of a temporary operating license for a C2 group sports facility on the “Agia Sophia” open football field surrounded by Fokon, Kappadokia Attalia and Patriarchou Konstantinou streets in Nea Municipality. Philadelphia-Nea Chalkidona.

The provisional operating permit for the sports facility is issued in accordance with the minutes of the Committee for the Suitability of Competition Venues of Sports Facilities dated September 21, 2022. of the Central Sector of Athens, which decided by majority on 09/26/22 12:01 that the distribution through “IRIDA” with UID: 632d80ed70128e28a8defed6 of a given sports facility is considered appropriate under the terms and conditions of the applicable legislation.

The temporary license granted is only valid for six (6) months from the date of its publication in the Clarity program and provided that fans of other clubs are not accommodated.

The “Athletic Union of Constantinople 1924” must, within the stipulated period of six (6) months, respond to the comments of the members of the Committee for the Suitability of Competition Venues and Sports Facilities PE of the Central Sector of Athens, as mentioned in the inspection report of 09/22/2022, namely:
