Dabrauskas is OFI’s new coach until 2024

PAE OFI announced the start of cooperation with Lithuanian coach Valdas Dabrauskas until summer 2024.

Lithuanian Valdas Dabrauskas is also OFI coach until summer 2024. In fact, shortly before the official announcement, his presentation to the press took place.

The announcement in detail:

“PAE OFI 1925 announces the start of cooperation with Lithuanian coach Valdas Dambrauskas until summer 2024.

The 45-year-old technician (born 07/01/77) has won 11 titles in his career, most recently the Croatian Cup with Hajduk Split last May.

He has won the league (2020-21) and the Bulgarian Super Cup with Ludogorets in July 2021, two leagues (2014-15, 2015-16), three cups (2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17) and two Lithuanians Super Cup (2015-16, 2016-17) with Zalgiris Vilnius and a Latvian Cup with Rigas FS in 2018-19 season.

Valdas Dambrauskas also has a lot of experience from European competitions. He took part in Champions League qualifying rounds with Ludogorets and Zalgiris Vilnius, Europa League group stage with Ludogorets and qualifiers with Rigas FC and FKEkranas, and this season’s Conference League with Hjduk Split.

He has also taken over the technical leadership of Croatian Gorica. He was the national coach of the Lithuania national under-19 and under-17 teams, while earlier in his career he was manager at the infrastructure departments of Manchester United, Fulham and Brentford.
