Aris’ plan for the new stadium
Aris has presented its plan for the construction of a new stadium, with the transfer of Kleanthis Vikelidis to OAED’s territory in Pylaia.
Aris is working on the project to build a new stadium. Erasitechnis and PAE have agreed on a proposal that was presented to the government and actually forwarded to Kyriakos Mitsotakis by Theodoros Karypides himself.
This program concerns a major urban intervention. The Yellows in particular have proposed the relocation of Kleanthis Vikelidis from the area of Charilaos to the OAED area of Pylaia.
But first this area must have been acquired by the Greek state. In Charilaou, it is proposed to create a common green space.
Funding comes from two sources. First Tthe actual compensation value of Aris’ property in Harilaou (land and stadium) to become a green space.
Second, from the Greek state, which only covers the additional costs that allow citizens to create two important green and recreational areas in the wider Thessaloniki city complex.
