AEK defeated PAS Giannina 2-0 thanks to goals from Petros Mandalos, who came on as a substitute, and Karim Ansarifard in 69′ and 88′ respectively. Union was superior for most of the game, managing to cut off all the Epirotes’ counterattacks while “breaking the heavy tie” after Mandalos’ goal and Union gave the three-pointer.
