Volos: “Unfortunately, they have turned the referees into puppets and Filipinos in the interest of the powerful”
Volos announced the referee of Evangelos Manouchos in the match against Olympiakos for a phase where, according to the Magnesia team, Sotiris Nini missed a penalty.
An announcement for Evangelos Manouchos’ referee in the game with Olympiakos was made by Volos, with Magnesia’s team protesting a penalty that was not given to Sotiris Nini when he tagged Cisse in the penalty area in the 31st minute of the game.
The announcement states:
“So many hours after the end of the game with Olympiakos P. we continue our quiz among the regular fans about which Greek referee would not give Nini the penalty if he was an Olympiakos player in his place… and the answer is solely: NONE…
And we’ve asked hundreds…
Unfortunately, they made the arbitrators puppets and Filipinos for the interests of the powerful and employed Varouchas to cover them with his “authority”…
Shame, shame, shame…”.
