Valbouena let Olympiakos breathe and was the solution against Volos
Mathieu Valbouena made a pass as a substitute in the 64th minute of the game against Volos and his actions proved to be a game changer for Olympiakos.
Olympiacos continued their unbeaten run in Super League Interwetten to leave Panthessalikos with a win. The Red-Whites beat Volos 1-0 in the 24th game of the league thanks to a great goal from Mathieu Valbouena in the 81st minute.
The Reds and Whites appeared to be ‘stuck’ in Panthessalikos before the 37-year-old Frenchman came and brought the solution. The Martins players shot a lot in Sunday’s game. Specifically, they had 18 final attemptssecond-best away performance and fifth overall in the league.
