Lamia announced the start of the collaboration with Festa
Gianluca Festa is officially Lamia’s new coach and will try to keep Fthiotida’s team in this category, while Giorgos Kasnaferis will be in charge of the game department.
Lamia’s new coach and successor to Michalis Grigoriou is Gianluca Festa. The Italian, former Apollon Smyrna coach, took charge of Fthiotida’s team and will help them stay in the category.
The Italian coach was the number one candidate to take over from Lamia from the very first moment and eventually took over the team. At the same time, Lamia announced Festa’s assistants and the new head of the competition department, George Kasnaferis.
The relevant announcement states:
PAE PAS LAMIA 1964 is pleased to announce the start of its collaboration with 53-year-old Italian coach Gianluca Festa.
Mr. George Kasnaferis is responsible for the competitive part of our team.
Direct employees of the new coach Mr. Festa are: Thodoris Antonopoulos – assistant coach, Sakis Pantelidis – gymnast, Miroslav Stojnic – Serbian goalkeeping coach. We extend a warm welcome to them all and wish them every success with our team.”
