Valbouena: “It was an alarm clock for us”
Mathieu Valbouena said the Olympiacos-Apollon tie in Rizoupoli was a wake-up call for his team to fight more.
The game between Olympiakos and Apollon ended in a 0-0 draw. Mathieu Valbouena told COSMOTE TV that the draw was an alarm clock for the red and whites to fight more as nothing has been decided yet.
Valbouena’s statements:
For the game: “This 0-0 is the great proof of what we have been saying for a long time, that the championship is not over yet. It was an alarm clock for us that we should fight better. To use tonight as a lesson.”
Whether there was relaxation: “That’s not entirely wrong. We had to do a lot more, we had to win. I don’t want to underestimate our opponents, but we had to try harder. We weren’t good, we had to fight more. It should” act as a warning. ”
Is it a good thing that this bell came: “All of this is vigilance. We are Olympiacos, we have to try harder. Football is not easy, you can’t get what you want every Sunday. Only if you show your best image. We are a good team with quality players.”
