Argentina claims Insua is only one step away from Velez Sarsfield
An article in Argentina states that Emanuel Insua is one step away from Veles Sarsfield as all that remains is to stay free from AEK to join the Buenos Aires club.
According to the Argentine journalist Cesar Luis Merlo, Emanuel Insua is only one step away from Veles Sarsfield. The Argentine defender is still officially an AEK footballer but he is not counted by Argyris Giannikis.
The same journalist even points it outThe two sides have reached an agreement to sign a contract by next December and all that remains is for Insua to remain AEK free.
Sportish had informed you that the 30-year-old full-back is asking for an amount of almost 100,000 euros, half of what he has to get from the Union according to the contract by the end of the season, in order to remain free.
Of course, AEK will not give him this money as he knows he has already found a team and the specific article says that this is Veles Sarsfield. Instead, he asks a small amount to be released.
It is worth remembering that Oleg Danchenko is in the same situation as contacts for his transfer to Zoria, Ukraine, are advancing.
