Today PAOK begins mini-preparation for the game against Lamia with central figures Rahman Baba and Marcos Antonio preparing for his debut.

PAOK returned victorious from Germany on Friday afternoon (December 1st) and will begin work on the second game against Lamia (December 4th) in Toumba from Saturday (February 12th).

In fact, the return to Greek reality will take quite a while, as Razvan Lucheskou’s team has already secured its place in the “16” phase of the Conference League.

So, excluding the game on December 14th in Toumba against Helsinki, which is now no longer of interest in terms of points, Dikephalos’ next game in Europe is scheduled for March 7th.

Baba’s condition

The two training sessions taking place today and tomorrow will show whether Razvan Lucescu can count on Rahman Baba. The Ghanaian defender, whose name is also included in the team’s medical report, completed an individual training program on Wednesday (November 29) and stayed in Thessaloniki.

Baba’s condition will be assessed again today, he will try to get back to normal and if he succeeds, he will at least be in the game against Lamia.

The delayed debut

The game against the Fthiotida team could also be the game in which Marcos Antonio will make his delayed debut in the Dikefalo jersey.

The Brazilian, who followed his team’s mission to Germany, has overcome the contusion problem that kept him out for months and will soon be introduced to the PAOK audience.

In Frankfurt, the 23-year-old midfielder joined the team’s atmosphere and enjoyed it wholeheartedly, as evident from the pictures he uploaded to Instagram.
