80,000 euros fine to Olympiakos for Panthessalikos

TO PAE OLYMPIAKOS

He acknowledges that the insolvent PAE has committed the disciplinary offenses with which it is accused.

It prescribes PAE OLYMPIAKOS:

1a) the fine of five thousand (5,000.00) euros for Act 1, subsection a’ (violation of Articles 1, 5 ff., 14 paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4, paragraph b’, 15 paragraph. 4 Per 1. Section 2 of the EPO’s Code of Civil Procedure),
