El Kaabi’s statements in detail:
“I would like to congratulate all staff and players on the win against Backa Topola and on qualifying for the Conference League. We are very happy to continue there. This was something we set out to do and we are excited to continue in Europe.”
We are happy. I would like to thank Diego Martinez for what he has given us and now it is time for the new coach. We have to work together as best we can for the good of the team and keep going. I’m really happy that it started with a win.”
For his goal: “I am very happy and enjoy helping my team with my goals. It’s a very good thing to help the team. The most important thing is that the team wins and then I’ll be happy.”
For El Arabi’s goal: “I’m happy that El Arabi scored a goal. He has been at Olympiacos for five years. It is his habit to score when he comes into the game and I am happy that he scores but also that two Moroccans are playing for Olympiacos.”
For the game against Panseraikos: “Our preparation is going very well. We are working hard, we are ready and our goal is to win at Panserraikos’ home stadium.”
For the Africa Cup of Nations: “And of course I think about the Africa Cup of Nations, it is an opportunity to help my country. I know it’s not good for Olympiacos, but I have to go. I will do everything I can to help Olympiacos, but I have to help my country too.”
