PAS Giannina beat Apollon 2-0 against Zosimades and caught Panathinaikos in 4th place. Pirsman and Eramuspe (penalty) the goals of Epirus, Tsiloulis lost a penalty for the visitors in the final.
After three consecutive games without a win, PAS Giannina returned to success as the team of Iraklis Between beat Apollon at Zosimades 2-0 in the 20th game of Super League Interwetten to finish 4th in the table Panathinaikos.
The MVP of the game, Marvin Pirsman (he scored in goal wearing the Epirus shirt) in the first half and Rodrigo Eramuspe in the second (he scored a penalty) scored the winners’ goals, with Apollon for his part having a golden opportunity to score a consolation goal in in the last phase of the game, but Tsiloulis was beaten by Lodigin’s white ball with 90 + 5′.
It is worth noting that the Light Brigade not only stayed the 11th consecutive league game away from the threesome, but also their 6th consecutive game without a goal, the last one being scored by Fation from a penalty, at Atromitos HQ on 4th April. December.
PAS was the team that sought and justified the goal
Apollon initially threatened a direct foul from Kragiopoulos in the 5th minute, forcing Lodigin to leap into his right corner and chase into a corner, but as the minutes went by it became clear that the team seeking it was in a was in a better mood goal was PAS.
The players of Iraklis Metaxas gained possession and tried to find empty spaces with several passes (the many easy errors were a brake), while in the 18th minute they also had their first good scene of a set phase with a direct foul from Saliakas sends the ball against the right post of Verhulst’s goal.
Eight minutes later, PAS’ territorial and substantive superiority paid off, with the hosts mostly choosing left touchline to create cracks in the first 25 minutes and being justified in the 26th: Pirsman combined with Gardavski and stepped out of position into Apollo’s large room on the left to approach Verhulst’s goal and open the goal with a powerful left-footed shot.
Apollo is harmless in the enemy area
This was Piersman’s first goal wearing the Epirus shirt in his two years with the team, with PAS holding the reins and having another good moment in the 37th minute when Pereas’ shot went wide in the box.
For his part, Apollon threatened a shot from Kragiopoulos in the 41st minute, which was neutralized by Lodigin, with the final of the first part finding the Light Brigade without action in the opponent’s penalty area against 13 of the home side, reflected in the number of final attempts and in the score.

At the start of the second half, Marco Grote made two changes with the good morning, turning the 3-5-2 of the first 45 minutes into a 4-4-2, but neither Martines and Para nor Tsiloulis and Jakimovski were able to change their team for the better , especially from the middle and front.
The many mistakes made by both teams were the norm in a poor quality game from 46′ to 75′ with both goalkeepers being spectators and it took an unwitting period for the spectators to get back on their feet in ‘Zosimades’.

Eramuspe scored, Tsiloulis didn’t
This happened in the 77th minute when the ball found Para’s outstretched hand after a cross from Brenners and referee Evangelou showed the white ball without hesitation, Eramuspe defeated Verholst and made it 2-0 for the Epirotes in the 79th minute.
That goal effectively ended the titles of the game, with Apollon trying to find a goal in the last ten minutes but Papageorgiou’s dangerous shot in the 87th minute saw Lodingin on the spot and taking a corner.
Nonetheless, the visitors chased the consolation goal until the very end, falling just a hair’s breadth away when Tsiloulis punched into the opposition’s defense and capitalized on Londigin and Karga’s misunderstanding to score the penalty.
The same player put the ball on the white ball and took the lead to reduce to 90 + 5′ and in the final stages of the game Lodigin didn’t let him get that minimal pleasure from reducing the score by falling into his right Corner kick and block to keep the 2-0 for his team.
