Macheiras revved up the gears with no surprises, AEK’s preparation for Lamia
There was good news in today’s AEK practice as Theodosis Machiras upped the pace and tomorrow is expected to be in full swing like all his teammates.
AEK have now started preparations for the Super League premiere against Lamia. Matias Almeida’s players work non-stop to be ready for this special game.
Mijat Gacinovic has been training at full speed since Monday (15/08), while Machiras completed a more intensive program today and will try to get back to full speed tomorrow as well.
The Union will continue with morning training throughout the week until Friday, when preparation for the Lamia game will be completed.
