Hui-Joe Huang’s signing is a turning point at the forefront of Olympiakos’ attack, who continues their transfer safari as they look to sign a winger, centre-back, full-back, midfielder and possibly something else by the time the final is over is.

Olympiacos reinforce their attack with Hui-Joe Huang, who forms an excellent center forward trio alongside Youssef El Arabi and Aboubakar Kamara, but that’s not all. The “machines” are already working at full speed as the Reds and Whites are negotiating the transfers of a winger, centre-back, full-back, midfielder and more.

Regarding the winger’s acquisition, Piraeus PAE are reportedly in contact with two high-profile players who can make the difference in domestic and international competitions and immediate developments are awaited.

These are difficult cases but Olympiakos believes they can handle them, as happened in the case of Hui-Zhou Huang.

Scouting, supported by information from abroad in the last 24 hours, for players of his level Adam Unas from Napoli (it is on concession and deals with Sampdoria, Torino, Bologna and Lecce) and Justin Klifert from Roma (although he’s now said to be within a touch of Fulham, while Nis and Galatasaray want him) show that Olympiacos have set the bar pretty high.

The red and white have been knocking on several doors and are waiting for answers day after day. Incidentally, Yovane Cabral extended his contract with Sporting Lisbon on Tuesday (23 August) until 2025.

To strengthen the stoppers there is a choice between the well-known Panagiotis Retsou from Hellas Verona, the young Luizao from Sao Paulo and Saidu Sun from St. Etienne, but also a more experienced player from the European market as a potential starter.

The Red and Whites are also trying to strengthen themselves in other positions

Olympiacos currently have four centre-backs, Papastathopoulos, Ba, Manolas, Cisse but the penultimate one has reportedly received a tempting offer from Al Nasr and the latter has attracted interest from several European clubs.

At the same time, information states that the red-whites are also trying to close a full-back position. Ideally, they want a player who can react on both the right and left side of defence.

There are also contacts for an attacking midfielder (8-10), with some not ruling out the possibility of taking on a blocking midfielder as 6th position is essentially Embila after Kane’s concession. Kunde, Agibou Kamara, Bouhalakis and Inbom Huang are attacking midfielders.

Corberan currently relies on Inbom Huang, Valbuena and Zinkernagel for the position of staff midfielder. When 10 is reached, Huang plays as 8 (a position where Kunde is currently the first choice). However, the question is whether Olympiacos will eventually step up for a player behind the centre-forward as they await Scarpa’s integration into the squad at the end of December.

Be that as it may, the next few days will be particularly hot for Olympiacos, both for the arrivals and for the concessions of the footballers, not forgetting that the transfer window ends in mid-September.
