“First” for Bernard, shoulder treatment and probably debut with Levadeiakos

Panathinaikos’ new major signing had his first training session at “G. Kalafatis”. Bernard duarte The Brazil midfielder met his new team-mates and coaching staff before undergoing a fitness and treatment programme.
The reason for his treatment has to do with a slight shoulder injury he’s been struggling with since last week after a nasty fall while training with Sariya. Therefore, he will be more conservative for a few days and, as it turns out, will “join” the rest of the team’s training from the beginning of next week.
He is not expected for Sunday’s (28/8) game against OFI in Heraklion and his debut with the “Cloverleaf” jersey is expected to come in the match of matchday 3 against Levadeiakos (3/9), which it seems will be held at Leoforos Stadium with a matchday reversal.
From there, treatment followed on Wednesday (24/8) Magnusson, Senkefeld (the Dutch defender also did some practice on the field). The training program included a warm-up, a “prank” and a half-field game.
