The Professional Sports Committee ruled that the transfer of shares to Bill Pope was legal, so there is no impediment to the acritical PAE’s ownership status.

The Professional Sports Committee announced at its meeting today (February 11) that there had been no illegal transfer of shares in PAE Xanthi to expatriate businessman Bill Papas.

At the same time, in its communication, it states that the data submitted to the Commission do not reveal any illegal origin of the funds allocated to increase the share capital of the critical PAE. At the same time, it was announced that the hearing of Theodoros Drakopoulos in the KAE Iraklis case has been postponed.
