AEL – 1-0 win: Ogboe sent it to the top
AEL prevailed 1-0 at ‘Alcazar’ thanks to a goal from Mario Ogboe to move to the top of Group A of Super League 2.
AEL climbed to the top of its rating Group A the Super League 2, after winning with 1-0 on victory for the 3rd matchday.
The only goal of the game came from Marios Ogboe with a close-range shot into an empty net after an attack in the penalty area in the 37th minute.
In fact, during the celebrations, he also lifted Antonio de Nigris’ jersey in memory of the late former Crimson player who passed away on November 15, 2009.
The guests didn’t manage to react in the further course of the game, although they were looking for an equalizer and in the end also remained without a win in the league for the third game.
