What is the final ban rule following Olympiakos B’s withdrawal from Athens Kallithea game?
Olympiacos was finally eliminated from the field in the game against Athens Kallithea and faces a deduction of 5 points from this year, 5 points from the new season and a fine of up to 200,000 euros according to Article 21 Paragraph 3.II.d).
Olympiacos B left “Gr. Lambrakis” at halftime of the game against Athens Kallithea in protest at the referees.
The red-whites did not enter the field in the second 45 minutes, they left the field and therefore have to reckon with the sanctions resulting from the disciplinary law EPO for the final stop of the game.
The people of Piraeus are in danger with subtract five points from the current and five points starting next season and a fine 20,000 to 200,000 euros.
What does Article 21, Paragraph 3.II.d say):
“If a team withdraws from a game after it has started, with Subtract five (5) points from the current and five (5) points starting next season and a twenty fine (20,000) to two hundred thousand (200,000) euros for PAE and up to two thousand (2,000) euros for the unions. In this case the the offending team has no right to a share of the game proceeds, that goes to the organizer”.
