Anagennisi Karditsa suffered a defeat against Almopos in Aridea thanks to a goal from Christos Rovas (Macedonian first scorer) in the 14th minute, with both teams ending the game a player down as Prika (82′) and Stefanou Athanasiadis were sacked (84th).
Niki Volou also scored an important win, beating Apollon Pontos 1-0 thanks to Josette Miranda’s goal in the 44th minute.
In the other important games of the previous evening’s battle, Trikala drew 1-1 with Panserraikos. The visitors opened the game in 39′, Diaz and Eleftheriadis equalized in 46′. Pierikos scored a valuable win in Kavala’s home game as they prevailed 2-1.
