Marinakis: “We are not sitting at the table with those who turned Super League 2 into a crime syndicate”
The president of the cooperative, Vangelis Marinakis, will not sit at the table with the presidents of Super League 2 to find a solution to the winnings from the bet.
At the meeting of the Super League 2 on Thursday afternoon (September 2nd) it was said, among other things, that a committee consisting of the President Mr. Leutsakos and the Presidents of some teams would seek a meeting with all bodies to find a solution so that they could get the money that was promised to them by the bet.
Among them is Stoiximan Super League President Vangelis Marinakis. But according to him, that won’t happen.
As Super League President Vangelis Marinakis’ position on what was discussed in Super League 2 regarding an upcoming meeting states:
“Mr Marinakis will not sit at the table with Leutsakos, Pritses, Davelides or Giannakis and anyone else who has become a second class crime syndicate. Until he cleans up the landscape, we have nothing to say to anyone.”.
