Ronaldo Giaro’s appeal was dismissed, Aris allowed
PAE Aris was right in Ronaldo Giaro’s case as the former Yellows’ stopper’s appeal was dismissed by the EPA tribunal. Six-point penalty against Panachaki for debts to two football players.
THE Ronaldo Giaro He requested the annulment of his case against Aris for his debts, but the EPO’s arbitral tribunal rejected his request.
At the same time, Panachaiki was given a six-point penalty for owing two football players. Penalties trigger after five business days unless both players are paid.
More specifically, the EPO notice states: “At its last session, the Football Arbitration Board made the following decisions.
Accepts the application of the professional soccer player Mauro-Ezequiel Cerutti Giner against the PAE Panachish.
It forces PAE Panachaiki the penalty of deduction of three (3) points from the table of the league in which he participates until the full and complete payment of the requesting soccer player at a rate of 50% a) the amount of seventeen thousand eight hundred and forty-four euros and fifty-six minutes (€ 17,844.56) and b) the amount of three hundred euros (€ 300.00) for court costs awarded, with statutory interest, in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 415/2021 of the final decision of the PEE.OD/EPO .
Accepted the application of professional soccer player Vasilios Moukidis against PAE Panachish.
It penalizes PAE Panachaiki to deduct three (3) points from the league table in which it participates until full and complete payment of the requesting footballer at a rate of 50%: a) 50% of the amount equal to thirteen thousand three hundred and twenty euros and six cents (€ 13,320.06), plus statutory interest, and b) the amount of two hundred euros (€ 200.00) for the costs of the conciliation procedure, to be paid to the applicant in accordance with the provisions of n. 169/2021 of the final decision of the 1st EEOD/EPO.
