Olympiacos B’ was penalized -5 and a fine for leaving with Kifisia

With a second deduction of five points from this year’s championship and five for the next, Olympiacos B’ was penalized when the decision of the Super League 2 primary disciplinary body was announced on Friday afternoon for the Red and White team to withdraw from the game against Kifisia .

Let’s recall that Olympiacos also withdrew from the match against Athens Kallithea for which they also received a -5 point penalty.

The relevant press release states:

“Individual Member Decisions

The Professional Football Association National Category A2 Primary Single Member Disciplinary Tribunal made the following decisions:

IT IS ACCEPTED that PAE OLYMPIAKOS B is responsible for the disciplinary offense attributed to him for culpably leaving the field of play without the referee stopping the game and giving an appropriate order after it has started, with the result that the game is not allowed ended up being his guilt. AWARDS PAE OLYMPIAKOS B the penalties:

a) the loss of the game against PAE KIFISIA with goals 0-3

b) deduction of five points from the current season 2022-2023 and five points from the next season 2023-2024 and

Imposes a fine of €2,500 on PAE OLYMPIAKOS B. In fact, it determines a total penalty of €81,125 per association

IT IS ACCEPTED that PAE PO TRIGLIA committed the disciplinary offense attributed to him of selling tickets to fans of the opposing team. WILL PAE PO TRIGLIA be fined €500 for breach of entering the stadium and lighting a flare and fine of €500 for breach of entering the stadium and lighting a firecracker. That means a total penalty per merger of €725

IT IS ACCEPTED that PAE AE LARISSAS committed the disciplinary offense of which he is charged (Article 15, paragraph 1c.) imposes the fine of 500 € on PAE AE LARISSAS

PAE THESPROTOS NEON and PANAGIOTIS HATZIPETROU are BELIEVED to have committed the disciplinary offense with which they are charged. WILL PAE THESPROTOS receive the fine of €50 and PANAGIOTI HATZIPETROS the penalty of banning entry to the pitch and dressing rooms for 1 match day and a fine of €833.33. To be held fully and jointly responsible to PAE Thesprotos for the above financial penalty”.
