The meeting of the Super League 2 Board of Directors has been concluded and, among other things, it has been decided to submit an application to the EPO to extend the season until June 18, while the agreement between the President of the League and Panagiotis Baltakos will be found a solution for the category ‘s financial support was highlighted .

At today’s Super League 2 board meeting, the teams were informed of the meeting between the President of the Cooperative, Petrou Martsoukos, and the President of the EPO, Panagiotis Baltakos, where it was agreed to find a solution to financially support the division.

It is possible that this will involve a ‘move’ by the association to take on refereeing costs for the rest of the league, which has been the case for the previous two years.

At the same time, it was decided to submit a request to the EPA to extend the championship end date from May 28 to June 18 in order to decompress the schedule.

What the Super League 2 announcement says in detail: The Super League 2 Board of Directors has been completed and members have been briefed on the following issues:

1) Meeting of the President, Mr. Martsoukos, with his EPO counterpart, Mr. Baltako, at which the latter agreed to assist in finding solutions for the category’s financial support.
