Anagennisi Karditsa sued the Supreme Court for postponing the game with Kavala
Anagennisi Karditsa filed a complaint with the Supreme Court prosecutor about the postponement of the game against Kavala.
The game between Kavala and Anagennisi Karditsa for the 2nd Super League 2 game, which was scheduled for Sunday (02/01) at 3:30 p.m., was postponed as the hosts reported that they had ten cases, nine of which were footballers affect .
Anagennisi Karditsa complains that the postponement document contains a player positive for the corona virus, but who does not belong to Kavala’s potential. Karditsa residents filed a complaint with the Supreme Court prosecutor and sent a letter to Justice Minister Konstantinos Tsiaras, Secretary General George Mavrotas and Deputy Sports Minister Lefteris Avgenakis.
The announcement from Karditsa
“Second… trip for our team in beautiful Kavala. For the second time we have started the travel process to spend money on a game that has been postponed again!
Since health is the greatest good, we wish all members of Kavala who are infected with the coronavirus a speedy and speedy recovery!
And because, as mentioned above, health is the highest good, we wish those who are not yet members of PAE Kavala, but could become members in the near future, a short time!
The Greek language is rich, but for what happened just before kick-off today, words really run out.
Deeply aware of the situation, as PAE Anagennisi Karditsa, WE COMPLAIN a clear deception on the part of Kavala aimed at postponing the game between us once again.
With official documents to prove this and presented to both the organizing authority and the prosecutor of the Supreme Court, since we as PAE will pursue the case in the criminal courts, the game Kavala – Renaissance Karditsa has been illegally and illegally postponed for no reason whatsoever REQUIRED by the health protocol!
The game has been postponed due to seven coronavirus cases affecting footballers, according to the official document we hold as PAE!
There are so many required by the health protocol, but it speaks of footballers from the SAME team! For reasons of medical confidentiality, we will not publicly mention the name of the footballer, however, in the document of the OFFICIAL postponement there is a player who had a positive Covid test but is not part of the Kavala team as his card was not issued by the EPO which is also confirmed by the Hellenic Football Federation!
The games must be played on the field. So we went to Kavala twice in vain. But it won’t be Tuesday!
If some people avoid them we know how to play them elsewhere. And we will beat them there too!
Since we as PAE want to preserve both our team and the “product” called football, we already have:
- a) submit a formal complaint to the Super League 2,
- b) lodge a formal complaint with the prosecutor of the Supreme Court;
- c) a letter to the Minister of Justice, Mr. Konstantinos Tsiaras. send
- d) a letter to both the GGA, Mr Georgios Mavrotas, and the Deputy Minister of Sport, Mr Eleftherios Avgenakis.
It’s a shame today too, he was ashamed!
.Γ. To finally clear up the health protocol. PCR or (and) rapid test. Vaccinated or unvaccinated. We ask quietly “.
The letter of the Renaissance from Karditsa
“TO: Minister of Justice, Mr. Tsiara Constantino
Deputy Minister for Culture and Sport, Mr. Avgenakis Eleftherios
Secretary General for Sport, Mr. Mavrotas Georgios
Protest – Complaint on the occasion of the renewed cancellation of the game PAE AO Kavala – PAE Anagennisi Karditsa (2nd game postponed)
On Sunday (2.1.22) at 1:16 p.m. there was an email notification from the chairman of the Super League 2 Health Committee Betsson to postpone the planned game of our team against PAE AO Kavala because the hosts reported PAE seven Cases of coronavirus after performing the rapid test.
As PAE Anagennisi Karditsa is determined to safeguard its interests to the very end without turning a blind eye to phenomena and behaviors that undermine the league’s credibility and violate any notion of equality, we would like to inform you about:
1.) A football player who was positively declared a case by PAE AO Kavala does not belong to PAE AO Kavala’s troops.
2.) The five players who were on Saturday (1.1.22) and even overdue (!) (At 3:20 pm instead of 2:30 pm after the relevant deadline) were positive (by quick test) for COVID. were declared infection -19 would have to undergo molecular diagnostic tests (PCR) and the results present something that did not happen.
3.) The climax of the fraudulent behavior of the Kavala managers and the complete mockery of the sport was the alleged dispatch of two more cases this Sunday (02/01/2022) at 3:20 p.m., 10 minutes before the start of the game, which ultimately did not happen. It never happened, even the footballer mentioned above who is not part of PAE AO Kavala’s squad.
And most of the ignorant understand that this is a clear distortion and change in the terms of the championship, as it damages its credibility, as well as the prestige of the games. This is a scam against the authorities and institutions.
We immediately invite you to refer the case to the appropriate law enforcement agency as well as the EPO Ethics Committee to address the issue as criminal conduct arises from those who committed this fraudulent act and what is provided in the medical protocol is to devalue. as the case of a footballer who is not part of their power.
We are waiting for you to move soon, otherwise we reserve all of our statutory rights.
Your,
For PAE sports club Anagennisi Karditsa 1904
THE CHAIRMAN & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
PAPADIMITRIOU DIMITRIOS “.

Finally, Simos from the Ionian Bank
Giorgos Simos has left the technical leadership of Ionikos since Wednesday (21/12), with the Nice team’s administration announcing the end of cooperation between the two teams.
Giorgos Simos took over from Ionikos at the start of the season but did not stay at the helm for more than a few months as the Blues’ management announced on Wednesday (21/12) their decision for the two teams to part ways.
“I would like to thank the entire Ionikos family who made me feel like I was a part of it from day one. Of course I would like to thank the players, my partners and the people in the team.”
I wish you all the best, only success and the fulfillment of all your goals”said Giorgos Simos, turning to Ionikos’ family.
“PAE Ionikos announces the mutual agreement to work with coach Giorgos Simos. The coach took over the team at a difficult time, with four tickets fighting to get back on their feet and reach the top of Super League 2, with the only goal being promotion to the first division.
Ionikos’ family feels the need to warmly thank George Simos for the ethics and professionalism he has demonstrated throughout. “Trainers, we wish you health and much personal and professional success,” says the Nice team’s announcement about the end of the collaboration with Simos.
It is noted that after 12 games in the 2nd group of Super League 2, Ionikos is in 6th place and has accumulated 19 points, five less than leaders Athens Kallithea.
