The EPO’s Arbitral Tribunal rejected Heraklis’ appeal against Bogtan Mara, a decision that could have implications for administrative action.

Hercules gets into trouble. The EPA’s arbitral tribunal rejected Heracles’ claim against Bogtan Mara and therefore ordered the elder to pay an amount in excess of 100,000 euros.

This decision could entail administrative developments for Heraklis, as further appeals are likely to be received by the Thessaloniki PAE.

The statement of the arbitral tribunal in detail:

“The EPO Football Arbitration Board made the following decision at its most recent meeting.

Rejects by a majority the Petition of 24.03.2023 of the PAE POT of Heraklion against the former professional football player Ioan Bogdan Mara and the IPC/EPO Decision No. 41/2023.
