Returning 18 points to Panachaiki, who settled their debts to six players
The danger of relegation is finally over for Panachaiki as the Patras side reached an agreement with six footballers to pay off their debts and they were given 18 points back.
Panachaiki have had major problems this year due to their debts to footballers, causing them to lose points off the pitch, but on Wednesday afternoon (31/05) the Patras team received great relief.
This was through an agreement she struck with six soccer players – who were in charge of imposing penalties – to pay off their debts, with Panachaiki managing Argyropoulos, Lambropoulos, Markopouliotis, Anakoglou, Stamopoulos and Apostolopoulos and making sure having 18 points returned put her in 7th place.
Also positive for the Red-Blacks is that the activation requests from Lambropoulos and Pindonis, who opted to achieve activation without having previously imposed penalties, were denied.
Analytically:
The EPO Football Arbitration Board made the following decisions at its most recent meeting.
Rejects as unacceptable the 04/24/2023 motion to activate the penalties of footballer Georgios Lambropoulos against PAE Panachaiki.
– Rejects as unacceptable the 04/24/2023 motion to activate the penalties of soccer player Athanasios Pindonis against PAE Panachaiki.
