Apollon Smyrnis – Progressive 3-0: Lost and even closer to relegation for Group B
Apollon Smyrnis defeated Progressive 3-0 in Group B on Matchday 28 of Super League 2, with the visitors even closer to relegation after losing again.
In a final game for Progressives struggling to stay in the division, Apollon Smyrnis won 3-0 in Rizoupoli on Round 28 of Super League 2 to put his side in a difficult position Paris Andrala, who made his debut on the bench.
Progressive sits in 12th place with 25 points and has two games to go before the finals, followed by Aegaleo who sits at +5. The last match of the league will take place between them. However, if Aegaleo wins against PAO Ruf on Sunday (6/3), Progressive will be mathematically relegated.
Moraitis scored the first goal for Apollon in the 16th minute while Cuadra scored the second goal for the home team in the 56th minute. Papageorgiou signed the win in the 89th minute, the score was 3-0.
