THE Macedonian triumphed in the stay derby Diagoras That ended the Super League 2 matchday 28 schedule for Group A with a 1-0 win at Nea Efkarpia thanks to Alberto Simoni’s 28th-minute header.
This is Macedonia’s first win in two months, beating Almops Aridaias 1-0 on April 7th. Since then, he has collected just seven points in seven games. Diagoras, on the other hand, missed the opportunity to clean up the day before, which he would have done if he had defeated the Macedonian.
The game was postponed in the 51st minute because Adesina Boubarak Gata from Diagoras sustained a serious injury to her left leg, just above the ankle. The player was left on a stretcher and is at risk of serious damage.
