Double for Kavala in Volos, win for AEL in 90+4′ with Ogpoe
Apollon Larissa and AEL edged out Anagennisi Karditsa and Pierikos respectively, with Ogboe saving the Maroons 90+4, while Kavala left Volos with a brace and defeated Olympiakos Volou 1-0 in the 26th game in Group A.
Apollon Larissa defeated Anagennisi Karditsa 2-1 in the 26th game of Super League 2. In the 12th minute, the hosts were just ahead after a well-aimed penalty by Ruiz. In the 55th minute, Nousios made it 2-0.
Karditsa’s team was able to reduce the score thanks to his goal Badibanga, but stayed in 3rd place and missed an opportunity to close the gap.
Kavala, on the other hand, left Volos with a brace and defeated Olympic Volos 1-0. Patrick Ebert scored the winning goal for the guests in the 55th minute.
Victory for AEL too as Ogboe saved the Maroons in 90+4′, scoring and giving his team the win over Pierikos. The hosts reduced the gap to -7 on champion Veria.
