Ilioupoli and Kalamata received approval in the second instance
Ilioupoli and Kalamata received a second instance license from the EPO’s License Complaints Board. The two groups were deleted when the files were first inspected.
Ilioupoli and Kalamata secured leave for the New Year after appealing to the governing body EPA.
The two groups initially failed the audit, but were confirmed after examining the file.
More specifically, the EPA announcement states: “The License Complaints Board of the Hellenic Football Federation dealt with this issue at its meeting on July 3rd, 2023.
a) the PAE file named “PS KALAMATA 2019 FOOTBALL STOCK COMPANY” and No. 15436_2023/23-6-2023 the above-mentioned PAE appealed the decision No. 22/22.6.2023 of the POA and made the following decision:
He accepts the appointment formally, unanimously and by majority in terms of content.
It breaks off the called party.
Approves the granting of a license to PAE named “PS KALAMATA 2019 FOOTBALL STOCK COMPANY” for the organization of the Greek Second National Professional Football Division Championship (Super League 2) for the 2023-2024 season.
b) the file of the PAE with the name “PAE GS ILIOPOULIS” and the number 15562_2023/27.6.2023. The above-mentioned PAE appealed against the decision numbered 29/22.6.2023 of the POA and made the following decision:
He accepts the appointment formally, unanimously and by majority in terms of content.
It breaks off the called party.
Approves the granting of a license to PAE under the name “PAE GS ILIOPOULIS” for the organization of the Second Greek Professional Football Championship (Super League 2) for the 2023–2024 season“.
