Nikos Koustas at the helm of AEK B’

Nikos Koustas will be the coach who will replace Sokratis Ofrydopoulos on the bench of AEK B’ in the new season.

PAE AEK announces the start of its collaboration with coach Nikos Kousta, who will take over the technical leadership of AEK B.

Nikos Koustas was born on January 22, 1984 in Athens. He started his coaching career in July 2013 with Cyprus Korydallou, which he took over in the 3rd Division of the Greek Greek League, narrowly earning promotion to the 3rd National League, followed by Agios Ierotheos (March 2017 – November 2017).

In the summer of 2018 he took over AE Moschatos, with whom he won the EPS Piraeus A’ division championship (with 29 wins and one draw) and promotion to the 3rd National League.

In September 2019 he sat on the bench of Kifissia, which he led in the 2020-2021 season to winning the championship in the 7th group of the 3rd national team and via the “Sonderliga” to promotion to a professional category (Super League 2) for the first time in its history, with a record of 15 consecutive wins in 16 games.

In July 2022 he took over Panionios, in whose technical management he remained until February 20, 2023.
