Periklis Amanatidis resigned following Kalamata’s 3-2 defeat to Ionikos, with the club’s management accepting the Greek coach’s resignation and searching for his successor.

Periklis Amanatidis left the Kalamata bench after the Black Storm’s 2-3 defeat against Ionikos and especially because of the way that defeat came about, as his team won 2-0 and conceded three goals.

The club’s management, which had made important additions in the summer to achieve promotion, decided to accept the resignation of the Greek technician and look for his successor.

“PAE Kalamata announces that it accepts the resignation of the team’s coach, Periklis Amanatidis.

During the three months he worked at Mavri Tyella, he worked with ethics and dignity and the President, Mr. Prassas, and the members of the Executive Board thank him for what he offered.

He leaves Kalamata as a friend and we wish him all the best for his career.
