AEL complaint: The investigator insists on the dismissal of the three EPO executives
During the proceedings of AEL’s complaint, investigator Maria Efthimiou stressed that she was sticking with her original proposal to fire the three EPO executives.
On Wednesday afternoon (April 27) the hearing procedure for AEL complaints by the Justice Department of the Ethics Committee of the EPO took place.
In it, the researcher of the ethics committee reiterated her original suggestion to acquit the association boards of the allegations.
He had done something similar before the Ethics Committee’s office referred the case to the judiciary. The Bureau gave both sides until May 6 to submit their memoranda.
We remind you that AEL had complained that the Statute of the EPO had been violated and that his release had been requested of their positions are Dimitriou (Vice-President of the EPO), Antoniou (Vice-President) and Tzaferis (Treasurer).
