In the case of away goals, the promotion bans in the Super League Interwetten apply, but not for the Super League 2 bans

The loser of the Super League 2 draws, which will take place between Veria and Levadiakos, will face the 13th of the Super League Interwetten in doubles, who will be either Apollon or Lamia. The winner receives the ticket for the first category of the next season.

The EPO announced the rules for the draw between the teams in the two different categories, stating that the away goal counts as normal in the Greek Cup. The two races will take place on May 22nd and 29th.

It should be noted that since the beginning of the season it has been decided that the away goal does not count in the play-offs between Super League 2 teams.

The EPO’s announcement in detail:

“The Hellenic Football Federation’s Professional Football Committee made the following decisions at its meeting today.

Approved the recommendation of the EPO Organizing Committee. so that in the play-offs between teams from Super League 1 and Super League 2 for a place in Super League 1 in the next season:

1.Each team has the right to compete with the number of aliens it was allowed to use in the category it competed in.

2. Red card penalties, yellow card penalties and yellow card penalties are carried over from the two leagues and settled in the playoffs.

3. The home team chooses the ball to be played depending on the agreement they have or the union in which they played.

4. The home team has the right to manage the broadcasting rights of each game according to the provisions of the CFP.

5. The costs of the referee and observers are borne by the home team and are included in the settlement of the game.

6. The away goal is valid as valid in the matches organized by EPO. (e.g. Greek Cup).
