Action 24 has taken over the TV rights for Super League 2
At today’s board meeting, Super League 2 decided to award its TV rights to Action 24. At the same time, it was announced that there are no presumed league games for the 2023/24 season.
The board announcement of Super League 2 in detail: The Super League 2 Board has reached a conclusion in which it has been decided that:
1. The minutes of the Board of Directors were approved
2. The PAEs were informed of the meeting with the Secretary General of Sports, Mr. G. Mavrotas, and the unsavory relations with EPATHLA and the Deputy Ministry of Sports, while being informed that there is no suspicious match for 2023. 2024 competition season.
3. It was unanimously decided to award the television rights of the Super League 2 Championship, season 2023-2024, to the Action 24 channel. The channel will broadcast two games each matchday, while the rest will be broadcast by the Super League 2 YouTube channel on a subscription basis.
4. It was decided to postpone the start of the U19 youth championship to January 14, 2024
The President of Super League 2 thanks PAE Panathinaikos and PAE PAOK for waiving the amount to be collected from the television rights“.
