Apollon Larissa – PAOK B ‘2-1: Final of the season with a loss for Dikefalos
Apollon Larissa defeated PAOK B 2-1 in Plovdiv but the victory was not enough to stay in Super League 2. Stamatis and Karamoko scored for Thessaly and Tzimas reduced the deficit to 2-1.
PAOK B’ fulfilled their commitments with a Super League 2 defeat, announcing a 2-1 loss to Apollon Larissa in Plovdiv. This game had no goal interest as Thessaly are also mathematically relegated unless they “disable” the six-point penalty.
The hosts took the lead in the second minute with Stamatis and Karamoko made it 2-0 in the 39th minute. Pablo Garcia’s players reduced the lead to 2-1 with Jima in the 52nd minute, after an assist from Ventraogo. According to this result, PAOK B took eighth place with 44 points, while Apollon Larissa took 16th place with 29 points.
