Athens Kallithea at the top of Group B, Ilioupoli defeated Chania and entered the Bay

In the final of the first round of the B group of Super League 2, Athens Kallithea made it to first place in the league.

Kalamata prevailed 1-0 thanks to a goal from Marota in the 86th minute and reached 23 points to +1 from Chania. In 5th place is Kalamata, which is now -4 away from the top, while it is -1 away from third Ilioupoli.

In the first half, both teams had good moments, such as a missed shot by Demetrius on the left side of the penalty area, where the ball went wide of the goal. “Black Storm” had a great scoring phase in the 11th minute when Barales hit the crossbar.

In the second half, Athens Kallithea took the initiative and managed to take the lead in the 86th minute. Matthias executed in the penalty area, Loukinas headed the pass to Marota, who scored from close range.

Ilioupoli has moved emphatically into first place. They beat Chania 1-0 at home, with the Cretan side falling from the top. Furlanos scored the winning goal with a header in the 20th minute.

In the overall standings, Ilioupoli reached 20 points with his third win in a row and is -3 behind first place and -2 ahead of Chania.

Somehow Iuchtas is in 7th place with 14 points to -5 from the top six, while Tilykratis is in second to last place with eight points to +3 from Panachaiki.
