Superleague 2
Finally Grafas of Apollo of Larissa
Thomas Grafas will not continue his career at Apollon Larissa, the 52-year-old coach says goodbye to the team he has worked for since December.
Apollon Larissa has managed to stay in Super League 2 with Thomas Grafas at the top. The 52-year-old coach said goodbye to the team he had been on the bench since last December.
“A year full of emotions and difficulties ended a few days ago and with that a circle has come full circle. I say goodbye to Apollon Larissa. I took over this team when they had 2 points and nobody believed that there was hope We all managed to make substance championship together.
The goal of staying was achieved with 35 points. What many did not expect happened. There was pressure, stress, but also a belief that we would achieve what we wanted. We all made it through against the odds and I thank everyone for that. The managers, the players, the club management, the fans and of course my staff. Time for some rest and then we think about the next day” specifically written.
