Kougias: “The agreement with Davelis to sell AEL is final”
Alexis Kougias announced in his personal statement that the agreement to sell AEL to Achilleas Davelis is now final. The formal handover on Wednesday (July 6th).
AEL is changing sides after seven years. Alexis Kougias announced that the agreement to sell the chestnuts to Achilleas Davelis is final.
In fact, the formal transfer of shares and ownership of AEL will take place on July 6th.
Kouya’s announcement in detail:
“Today, at 12:30 p.m., my meeting with Mr. Achillea Davelis took place in my office.
It was a joint decision by the two of us to sell and buy PAE AEL from me to him.
After cooperation with lawyers, tax experts and notaries, a final agreement was reached on the mutual guarantees for the financial, technical and legal handling of the purchase and sale.
The formal transfer of both the shares and the real estate and chattels of PAE AEL will take place on Wednesday 6 July 2022 at 8:00 p.m. at a well-known notary’s office in Larissa.
The decision is final and irrevocable.
