Apollon Smyrnis joins Super League 2 for next season and announces Vangelis Theoharis.
Apollon Smyrnis is getting ready for the new Super League 2 season. The Light Brigade announced the acquisition of Vangelis Theoharis as a free agent.
The 24-year-old defensive midfielder was with Panathinaikos for several years and made 25 appearances in Super League 2 last season, scoring once.
Apollo’s announcement in detail:
“PAE Apollon Smyrni announces the acquisition of soccer player Vangelis Theoharis. He was born on July 6, 1998 and plays as a defensive midfielder and right-back.
He played for Panathinaikos for many years, from where he was loaned to Levadeiakos in the 2020/21 season. Last year he had a full year with Panathinaikos II, while now he is free and living in Rizoupoli”.
