Premiere on September 10th in the 3rd national league

The 3rd national championship begins on September 10th, which is the largest of the national competitions in terms of the number of participants. The championship will be held in 4 groups and 72 teams will take part, 18 in each group, competing in 34 games.

In Super League 2, the champion teams of each group are promoted, that is, four teams, without the promotion play-off procedure. For the 2023–2024 competitive season, the bottom seven teams in each group are directly relegated to the EPS championships.

In addition, two teams are relegated as follows: the loser of the play-off between the 11th-placed teams in Groups 1 and 2, and the loser of the play-off between the 11th-placed teams in Groups 3 and 4.

The above play-off matches will be played on neutral pitches determined by the Organizing Committee. They are single and if they end in a tie during regulation time there is half an hour overtime. Even if there is no winner in the half-hour overtime, there will be a penalty shootout afterwards to determine the winner. A total of thirty (30) teams are relegated.
