Argentina ran out of World Cup group tickets 54 days before kick-off
The tickets for the World Cup group stage matches in Qatar, due to the Argentine FA, were sold out 54 days before the start of the tournament.
Argentina’s national team head to Qatar with high hopes as they aim to lift the trophy and return to the top of the world after 36 years.
Argentina’s enthusiasm for the Albiceleste is high as the tickets the Argentines are entitled to for the group stage of the competition sold out 54 days before the start of the tournament. A total of 40,000 Argentines will be in Qatar to support their team.
The matches that Argentina will play in the groups are as follows:
- Argentina-Saudi Arabia, November 22nd
- Argentina – Mexico November 26th
- Poland – Argentina November 30th
