The Netherlands tops the list of players who missed the 2022 World Cup
The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has released the ranking of the best footballers who will not take part in the upcoming World Cup in Qatar.
First on the IOC list is the Norwegian striker Manchester City Erling Haaland, whose national team finished only third in the European qualifiers and outstripped the Dutch and Turkish teams.
