Leto: “I hope Panathinaikos continues accordingly, Aitor is a great player”
Argentinian ex-Panathinaikos and Olympiakos ace Sebastian Leto gave an interview to TV channel ANT1 in which he spoke, among other things, about the Greens’ impressive start in the Super League led by Aitor.
With just over a month to go before the final stages of the World Cup begin in Qatar, this grand celebration of global football brings national championships to a halt and is set to captivate sports fans around the world.
Among the teams that will win the prestigious trophy is the Argentina national team, with Sebastian Leto, who has walked around the Greek stadiums in the jersey of Olympiacos and Panathinaikos (he celebrated the double with both teams) and talks about the Albiceleste, but also his big star, Lionel Messi.
Beyond the World Cup portion, the veteran midfielder also of course referred to Panathinaikos, with whom he had a special bond when our country started, with the now 36-year-old Argentine expressing his desire to continue the shamrock the same way after ‘7 in 7″ at the start of the Super League and dripping honey for Aitor, who is by far the most influential player in the Greens during this period.
