Kramaric’s response to Canada: ‘Croatia showed who C is who’
Andrej Kramaric thanked John Herdman because he had given the Croatians additional motivation with his speech and his admonition. Canada’s coach, in turn, said he had learned his lesson for the future.
Croatia clinched a comprehensive victory over Canada and took a big step towards qualifying for the knockout rounds of the 2022 World Cup. Andrej Kramaric scored two of the four goals and commented in kind on John Herdman’s statement.
“I want to thank Canada’s coaches for the motivation (that he gave us). In the end, Croatia showed who G to the (ss spoke in English and sensibly only used the first letter of the forbidden word of F)”said the Croatian striker, among other things
Canada manager John Herdman appears to have regretted this statement, saying on the matter: “No disrespect. I could be more reserved, that’s my lesson. I’ll take it by the chin (phrase means seriously damaged)”.
