Morocco Coach: “We know Spain very well”
Walid Redraghi, head coach of the Moroccan national team, shared his expectations for the 1/8 final match he will play with the Spain national team in the 2022 World Cup.
“It will be a very difficult match, we will face one of the best teams in the world and the favorite of the tournament. If we knock them out, it will be a surprise for us, for the whole country.
We know the opponent very well. We have many players playing in Spain. We do not seek motivation in the writings of the Spanish press. We just go out and play.
I love the football culture that has never changed attitudes over the years – one way or another. You can always find out what Spain is playing. “This is a chance to leave a mark in Moroccan football history, but I don’t want to put too much pressure on the players,” said Regragui.
The match between Morocco and Spain will be played on Tuesday, December 6th. It starts at 17:00 Kyiv time.
